One. We share a coffee at your table and talk about what you want this house to do for you. It is not a sales call.
Two. You give the tour. You walk me through, I take notes, I ask questions, I photograph what matters.
Three. You get a written Home Profile of your house — shutoffs, the panel, the systems and how old they are, what is under warranty, photographs. It is yours to keep whether or not you ever hire Truss Club.
