A one-time, flat-fee service that surveys every foundation vent, clears leaves and needles, fits 1/8-inch metal mesh, and leaves a written record for the household file.
WHAT’S INCLUDED
Full vent survey — Every foundation vent accounted for and cleared before screening.
Screens cut to your vents — 1/8-inch metal mesh fitted to each opening.
Airflow preserved — Screens block embers without choking crawlspace airflow or trapping moisture.
Installation and cleanup — We do the crawling, kneeling, fitting, and cleanup.
Written household record — Vent count, materials, and photographs for your records, insurer, or next owner.

$225 flat, up to 8 openings. Additional openings are $18 each, materials included. No hourly billing, trip charge, or return-trip charge. Priced for the 2026 season.
