The plan gets made in June, not at midnight in August.
A household-specific readiness build completed in advance: documents copied, bag packed, routes driven, property walked, and one plan shared with the people who need it.
WHAT’S INCLUDED
Document vault — ID, insurance, deed, and directives organized in a folder by the door, with a sealed duplicate held off-site.
Go-bag, kept current — Packed to your household. We coordinate a travel supply with your pharmacy; we never handle medication.
Defensible-space walk — Gutters, roof, deck, and the first five feet out. We coordinate qualified vendors for work outside our scope.
Two routes and a place to go — Driven and timed with you. Carriers staged, records copied, and the plan printed for the house.
Season activation — At a Level 1 or 2 notice we help load the car and close the house when it is safe and permitted. At Level 3 we follow official direction.
WHAT IT COSTS
$795 one time for the full readiness build. The plan, documents, bag, walk-through, routes, and family record are yours to keep.
Ongoing seasonal readiness is $95 per month, June through October, and is arranged separately after the initial build. Cancel any season.

TWO · We build the plan around your house, animals, vehicles, records, and people.
THREE · We drive the routes, place the record, brief the family, and keep the plan current if you choose seasonal service.
