Two. I photograph the valve, key, or other shutoff point and note what I find — including if a valve is seized or a key does not fit.
Three. You get one page showing where the water is stopped and what stops it.
This visit is for Redmond households. It does not include entering the house, repairing a valve, or expanding into a Home Profile.
