WHAT’S INCLUDED
The price includes the device, the installation, the programming, and someone sitting down and showing you how it works. We organize the app, notification settings, household access, and leave a written reference.
WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED
New wiring, HVAC repairs, electrical repairs, subscriptions, or outside-trade work are not included. Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted before work starts — never a surprise invoice.
HOW LONG IT TAKES
Book two hours. We allow 15 minutes of schedule padding after the appointment so the explanation is never rushed.
WHAT IT COSTS IF IT GOES FURTHER
$290 covers a standard installation where a common wire already exists. If your furnace needs a C-wire adapter, that is $125. No additional work begins until you approve it.
Jobs under $1,000; larger work goes to licensed outside trades we bid, manage and inspect.
